Role Overview

We are looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to act as a keybridge between business needs andtechnical role ensures that customer and operational requirements are clearlyunderstood by project teams and developers supports the evolution and design of applicationsand defines test acceptancecriteria to guarantee high-quality deliveries.

The position operates in an Agile environment with astrong focus on HR operational systemsand processes.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure that customer requirements areclearly understood by project teams and developers

Support the evolution of existing applicationsand the design of new solutionsthrough structured needs assessment

Translate conceptualbusiness requirements into clear functional requirements

Participate in the definition review and validation ofrequirements ensuring stakeholder alignment

Define and operationalize acceptance criteria andsupport user acceptance testing(UAT)

Analyze and monitor business processesensuring regulatory compliance

Contribute to transformational projectsand promote continuous improvementinitiatives

Maintain and update operational procedures and documentation

Interact with internal and external stakeholdersto ensure alignment and delivery effectiveness

Technical & FunctionalSkills (Mandatory)

Degree in EngineeringInformation Systems Management or a related field

Experience with project management methodologiesincluding Agile / Scrumand Design Thinking

Functionalexperience with HR processes

Proficiency with Jira Confluence and advanced Excel

Strong analyticalskills attention to detail and structured thinking

Excellent communicationskills both written and verbal

Proactivemindset initiative and strong sense of responsibility

Nice to Have

Knowledge of SAS

Experience with SAP / SAP SuccessFactors

Experience with Salesforce

Language Requirements
