The work
- Handle complex contract and reimbursement disputes involving healthcare providers and payers
- Analyze large volumes of claims and supporting data
- Draft and respond to discovery requests
- Prepare motions and arbitration materials
- Manage large active dockets with shifting priorities
- Conduct detailed legal research and fact development
Court appearances are rare. This practice is built around strategy writing and problem-solving.

Compensation and incentives
- Base salary range of $125000 to $180000 depending on background
- $10000 bonus at 2000 billable hours
- An additional $10000 for every 100 hours beyond that threshold
- Performance-based compensation growth
