Position Overview

We are seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney with 2 5 years of experience to manage and support bankruptcy matters from inception through resolution. This role requires strong legal expertise excellent client communication skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle bankruptcy cases with a focus on accuracy timeliness and client service
Prepare review and file legal pleadings and related documentation
Manage case files deadlines and court requirements
Communicate effectively with clients courts and opposing counsel
Provide legal analysis problem-solving and strategic guidance on bankruptcy matters
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures
Prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar
2 5 years of bankruptcy law experience
Proven experience practicing bankruptcy law
