- Ensure timely efficient and quality vehicle service and repairs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Develop and implement service processes and standards to improve department efficiency.
- Monitor service department budget expenses and profitability.
- Train mentor and motivate service technicians and staff.
- Maintain adherence to manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with parts department and other dealership teams to streamline operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive technology and repair procedures.
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
- Familiarity with Honda vehicles and manufacturer service standards is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and a commitment to safety.
