Job Summary

Director of Operations Responsibilities
Human Resources
  1. Lead the full-cycle hiring process including recruiting interviewing and onboarding.
  2. Review maintain and administer employee benefits ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
  3. Address employee relations matters including complaints disciplinary actions warnings and performance documentation.
  4. Coordinate employee time off scheduling and coverage planning.
  5. Develop implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
Manage Client Service Staff and Advisors
  1. Prepare and coordinate annual performance reviews for the President with Staff and Advisors.
  2. Manage quarterly review follow-ups ensuring accountability and progress toward goals.
  3. Review recorded client and internal calls and provide constructive feedback to improve service quality and compliance.
  4. Act as the central point of alignment across departments.
  5. Analyze organizational structure roles workflows and processes; recommend and implement improvements.
  6. Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans.
  7. Establish monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate organizational health and performance.
  8. Provide regular KPI reports and insights to Partners and senior leadership.
Team Leadership
  1. Mentor coach and manage department heads and mid-level managers.
  2. Support leadership development and succession planning across teams.
  3. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
  4. Lead initiatives to evaluate team effectiveness and take the organization to the next level.

Qualifications and Skills
  1. Proven experience in human resources operations or people management.
  2. Strong leadership communication and coaching skills.
  3. Ability to manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
  4. Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and improving workflows.
  5. Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
