Manufacturing & Operations Management
Plan and manage daily spindle repair operations production schedules and workflow across the repair facility
Ensure efficient execution quality output and on-time delivery
Team Leadership & Workforce Development
Hire train and lead technicians machinists and engineers specializing in electro-mechanical spindle repair
Foster a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement
Quality & ISO Compliance
Implement and maintain quality control processes
Review design specifications root-cause failure data and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with ISO and related quality standards
Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales customer service engineering and purchasing to develop service quotes and manage timelines
Communicate repair and rebuild progress clearly to customers
Process Improvement & Cost Control
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage inventory for service components motor rewinds and close-tolerance machined parts
Support repair programs and development prototypes
Technical Oversight
Provide technical leadership on spindle failures involving bearings shafts motors sensors and electrical systems
Determine repair versus rebuild strategies and oversee corrective actions
CNC & Spindle Repair Expertise
Strong knowledge of CNC spindles industrial machinery electro-mechanical systems sensors and precision machining
Operations Leadership
Proven experience managing manufacturing repair or service operations in a technical customer-facing environment
Diagnostics & Problem Solving
Ability to troubleshoot complex spindle and motor failures and implement reliable repair and rebuild solutions
Communication & Leadership
Excellent communication skills with experience working across management engineering sales purchasing skilled trades and end customers
