Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers a blend of inside sales and field visits providing an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain end-to-end sales experience. The position involves engaging with clients through direct outreach channels such as phone calls WhatsApp and emails as well as conducting in-person meetings to close deals and build relationships.
Responsibilities:
Inside Sales (50-70%):
- Proactively identify and generate leads through WhatsApp phone calls and emails.
- Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Assess inbound and outbound leads for their needs interests and potential for conversion.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities client interactions and outcomes.
Field Visits (30-50%):
- Conduct client meetings product demonstrations and sales presentations in person.
- Address customer queries and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights during visits.
- Represent the company at events exhibitions and networking opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Comfort with traveling for client visits.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and tools (CRM experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Gujarati Hindi and English is desirable.
