Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate Order Management!
In this role you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle for sales transactions ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
Order Validation & Processing
oVerify pricing taxes credit limits and SLA compliance.
oEnsure accurate entry of customer and product details in ERP systems.
Cross-Functional Coordination
oCoordinate with Sales Finance and Warehouse teams for approvals and stock allocation.
Dispatch & Fulfillment
oMonitor shipment schedules and resolve issues like delays or short shipments.
Customer Support
oHandle escalations professionally and provide timely updates.
Reporting & Analytics
Maintain dashboards track KPIs and generate performance reports.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
Technical
oERP systems: SAP SD / Oracle OM.
oAdvanced Excel: Pivot Tables VLOOKUP basic analytics.
Domain
oSales order management invoicing GST compliance pricing structures.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Certification in Order Management or Supply Chain preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
