Job Summary
As a Senior Consultant for Infrastructure (Proofpoint/Other Email Security Products) you will work to:
Architect deploy administer and fine-tune email security systems using platforms such as
Proofpoint Defender (MDO) Agari Knowbe4 across cloud hybrid and on-prem
Exchange environments.
Implement robust email authentication mechanisms (SPF DKIM DMARC) to safeguard
integrity and prevent spoofing and phishing attacks.
Perform quarterly reviews of email authentication records to validate they are correctly
configured/published.
Create and update policies for Virus Blocking Spam Filtering Content Filtering
impersonation detections and URL defense based on updates to clients policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve email flow filtering and threat-detection challenges.
Develop secure-by-design architecture that aligns with client needs and Deloittes
cybersecurity framework & apply appropriate email security controls to secure email systems
and users
Support business development through proposal writing solutioning and proof-of-concept
efforts.

architecture secure development cloud cyber capabilities application and emerging technology
security and secure-by-design initiatives.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
5 years of experience implementing and managing enterprise-grade Email Security
solutions
Deep expertise in Email Infrastructure and Security including Exchange/Google Workspace
Hands-on experience with security best practices troubleshooting email flow issues
configuring and tweaking email security filters
Strong command of security best practices including incident response threat mitigation
spam filter configuration and policy management.
Proven experience configuring SPF DKIM and DMARC to ensure authentication and
compliance.
Strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
Participate in incident response and troubleshoot email security issues.
