Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage in-store IT equipment (PCs POS systems printers etc.)

  • Support and monitor CCTV systems and network infrastructure

  • Provide daily IT support to store employees

  • Participate in a 3-week onboarding training program at headquarters


Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in IT support or store-level IT operations preferred

  • Basic understanding of network and CCTV systems

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Bilingual ability (English/Korean) preferred
