Our client is a leading Fortune 500 energy company seeking an experienced IT Software Developer Analyst to lead enterprise-level software development initiatives and drive strategic technology transformations.Position Overview
- Role: IT Software Developer Analyst-Level 4 - Lead
- Experience Required: 15 years in enterprise IT leadership
- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Location: Palm Beach Gardens FL (On-site required)
- Schedule: Standard business hours (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Compensation: $69/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Define strategic direction for enterprise software development and architecture
- Lead organization-wide software initiatives and technology transformations
- Develop and integrate new applications into existing technical infrastructure
- Design develop test and implement full-stack applications
- Create Power BI dashboards and perform advanced SQL data structuring
- Manage API integrations and workflow automation projects
- Lead cloud development initiatives and DevOps implementations
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and collaborate with Business Systems Analysts
- Ensure alignment of IT infrastructure with business objectives
- Participate in Agile methodology and scrum ceremonies
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- Experience: 15 years leading enterprise-level IT infrastructure software development and data architecture
- Extensive experience with full-stack development
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI dashboard development
- Expert-level SQL and database management skills
- Proven experience with API integrations and workflow automation
- Strong background in cloud development platforms
- Deep understanding of Agile methodology and software development lifecycle
- Leadership experience in technical project management
