Key Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes prototypes and mockups that clearly illustrate product functionality and visual design
• Organize and conduct usability testing sessions gathering valuable feedback to improve design iterations
• Design aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interfaces that facilitate excellent user experiences
• Ensure all designs maintain consistency with established brand guidelines and design systems
• Create and manage comprehensive design assets including icons buttons and other UI components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve system interfaces
• Document design specifications and maintain design system libraries

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Design Computer Science Information Systems or related field
• 6-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with UX/UI design focus
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience with usability testing and user research techniques
• Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript for design implementation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with enterprise software systems preferred
