As a Regional Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in our companys overall success. Your mission: proactively generate leads cultivate exceptional customer relationships and promote our products and services to boost profitability in your region. Additionally you will have the opportunity to create train and lead a team to support your regional this role you will:

• Promote ID Technology products including label coding & marking equipment labels and ribbons within your territory.
• Foster new relationships while nurturing existing accounts in an ethical and profitable manner.
• Work on a team to support national accounts as needed.
• Follow up on company-supplied leads in a timely manner
• Maintain a comprehensive prospect-customer database.
• Prepare proposals and quotes in alignment with company guidelines.
• Generate reports using company reporting mechanisms.
• Attend necessary training sessions and meetings as directed.
• Stay current on market and technical trends.

Total Pay Range: $200000 - $250000 Base Salary Range: $35000; Potential Commission Opportunity: $165000-$215000
