Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager (EPM) with a strong technical background to support engineering initiatives Culver City CA. The ideal candidate will drive complex cross-functional programs partner closely with engineering teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. This role requires a hands-on program manager who is comfortable working in highly technical environments and fast-paced product development cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning execution and delivery of complex engineering programs
Partner with engineering product management QA operations and leadership teams to define scope timelines and deliverables
Translate technical requirements into clear program plans and actionable milestones
Identify risks dependencies and bottlenecks; proactively drive mitigation plans
Track progress using metrics dashboards and status reporting for stakeholders
Facilitate technical discussions design reviews and decision-making forums
Ensure alignment across teams while maintaining focus on quality schedule and business goals
Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field
5 years of experience as an Engineering Program Manager Technical Program Manager or similar role
Strong technical background with the ability to understand system architecture APIs and software development lifecycles
Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams in large complex organizations
Excellent communication organization and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with consumer technology media or platform engineering teams
Familiarity with Agile Scrum or other modern development methodologies
Experience working with Apple or similarly scaled technology companies
Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field
