As the Restaurant General Manager you will oversee the daily operations of our establishment ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for our guests. We offer a competitive salary range of $60000 - $80000 annually along with a supportive work culture that prioritizes professional growth and development within the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and staff management
- Ensure high standards of food quality and service
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Train mentor and evaluate team members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Monitor financial performance and optimize profitability
- Promote a positive dining environment and team culture
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Basic understanding of restaurant management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred but not required
