How Youll Make an Impact
- Develop and distribute internal communications that keep teams informed and inspired.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms including social media and company websites.
- Coordinate branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Support planning and execution of events including promotional materials and logistics.
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings with precision.
- Arrange domestic and international travel for senior leaders.
- Prepare reports presentations and documentation for key stakeholders.
- Maintain organized filing systems and track communication metrics.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
