Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Netcracker Engineer / Analyst to support the design configuration analysis and optimization of Netcracker-based solutions within a complex telecom environment. This role works closely with business technical and delivery teams to ensure reliable scalable and high-quality implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Configure customize and support Netcracker applications (e.g. BSS/OSS modules such as Billing CRM Order Management Inventory or Mediation).
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into Netcracker configurations or solution designs.
Support end-to-end solution lifecycle: requirements design development testing deployment and production support.
Perform data analysis troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system issues.
Collaborate with architects developers testers and business stakeholders.
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
Support system integrations with external platforms using APIs web services and messaging frameworks.
Participate in testing activities (unit system UAT support) and defect resolution.
Ensure solutions align with performance security and scalability standards.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Netcracker (BSS/OSS) in a telecom environment.
Strong understanding of telecom business processes (order-to-cash trouble-to-resolve billing provisioning etc.).
Experience with configuration and customization of Netcracker modules.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with APIs (REST/SOAP) integration patterns and data flows.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Additional Employee Requirements
- Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls as necessary.
- Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite as necessary.
- Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer as necessary.
- Ability to bend kneel crouch and reach overhead as necessary.
- Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment as necessary.
- Vision abilities including close vision toleration of fluorescent lighting and adjusting focus as necessary.
- For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance ability to lift 25 lbs as necessary.
- For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record are required as driving is an essential job function.
