Business Analyst

Position Summary:
The Business Analyst - Sales Operations role supports the Sales Operations team by providing comprehensive reporting analysis and process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This position involves leveraging data insights advanced Excel capabilities (including pivot tables) and critical thinking to support the goals of our client Galderma Aesthetics. The role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to address challenges and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze diverse datasets to generate actionable insights that align with business objectives.
  • Develop maintain and enhance reporting tools and dashboards for Sales Operations.
  • Perform detailed analysis of sales contracts clauses stipulations and obligations to ensure compliance and optimize business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve processes and provide innovative cost-effective recommendations.
  • Support the drafting and amendment of contracts in alignment with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor and review reports to mitigate risks and prevent disputes.
  • Maintain and organize master data lists with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Document processes and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.
  • Drive efficiency through advanced Excel functionalities such as pivot tables macros and VBA.
  • Identify trends anomalies and opportunities to support data-driven decision-making within Sales Operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution (required); Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience .
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions including pivot tables and VBA (required).
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey insights clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize deadlines and perform under pressure.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and CRM systems (preferred but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinking and adaptability to evolving priorities.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Credentialing Requirements:

As a representative of a pharmaceutical company you may be required to submit and maintain credentials such as training vaccinations and other job-related documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers. It is the Companys expectation that you comply with the requirements outlined by the facilities on your call plans.

Additionally certain geographic jurisdictions or hospital systems have requirements to apply for and obtain a representative license. At this time representatives working in the District of Columbia City of Chicago State of Nevada State of Oregon or those associated with Jackson Memorial Health in Miami-Dade County Florida may be required to obtain specific licenses. This list may be subject to change including the potential for additions or the event of any significant changes you will be notified accordingly.
