Job Summary
A growing Mid-Atlantic law firm is seeking a Counsel or Junior Partnerlevel Commercial Litigator to join its litigation practice. This role is ideal for a sophisticated litigator with a partial book of business (approximately $300K) who is looking for a platform that supplements workflow provides leverage and supports long-term growth.
The firm has a steady pipeline of commercial litigation matters and is prepared to meaningfully supplement the right attorneys practice with existing work.
Duties

Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters

Take over and oversee matters handled by associates

Serve as strategic advisor to clients throughout all phases of litigation

Collaborate with partners on case strategy and firm growth

Continue to develop and expand client relationships at a sustainable pace
