Your Role

As an Airline Contact Centre Agent youll be the first point of contact for passengers helping them with:

Flight bookings changes and cancellations
General travel and airline-related inquiries
Providing excellent customer service in German & English
Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
Between 09:00 18:30
8-hour shifts
On-site role in Malta

What Were Looking For

German C2 (mandatory)
English C1 (mandatory)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using computer systems
Previous customer service experience is a plus (not required)
Open to working and living in Malta

Salary & Benefits

Hourly Salary Progression

Month 1: 5.60/hour
Month 2: 8.10/hour
After probation: 8.50/hour
After 12 months: 8.75/hour (performance-based)
After 18 months: 9.20/hour (performance-based)

Additional Benefits
Performance Bonus: up to 2000/year (paid quarterly after probation)
Language Allowance: 250/month (after training)
Relocation Package: 2000 (paid after 1 month of employment)
