At Expansion People we are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with strong strategic vision and a results-driven mindset to lead the international expansion of a fast-growing health-tech company. We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking operational execution and inspiring leadership with solid experience in B2B SaaS environments ideally within medical software eHealth or medtech.
The selected candidate will be responsible for defining implementing and optimising the global commercial strategy leading the growth of international sales and partner teams and accelerating market penetration worldwide.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global commercial strategy aligned with the companys vision and objectives.
- Design and structure the international commercial organisation (direct sales partners channels).
- Identify market opportunities in regions such as Europe LATAM Middle East etc.
- Align marketing sales and product strategies to maximise demand generation.
- Lead the commercial transformation towards scalable models clear processes and robust metrics.
- Lead develop and motivate a high-performance results-oriented team.
- Establish commercial OKRs and KPIs and ensure rigorous performance tracking.
- Drive acquisition of major accounts (hospitals clinics insurers public administrations).
- Negotiate strategic agreements with partners distributors and corporate allies.
- Oversee pricing forecasting pipeline management and revenue operations.
- Represent the company at international fairs congresses and industry events.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience leading commercial or business development teams in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience in internationalisation and multi-country go-to-market strategies.
- Experience managing multicultural teams (sales marketing customer success).
- Advanced English.
- Based in Barcelona.
