Role Overview
Thisisntjust another analytics role.Youllbe a key player in the exciting evolution of Flutter SEU directlyimpactingthe growth and strategy of ourgamingproducts played by millions worldwide. As ourCommercial & Customer Analyticsyoulltransform raw data into powerful insights that fuel game innovation and commercial triumphs.

Whatyoulldo:
Build Real-Time Power Dashboards: Build dynamic dashboards displaying crucial data offering collaborators instant access to valuable information.
Develop Our Data Strategy:Collaborate on a brand-new analytics strategy to weave data intocasinopokerandbetting performance analysis.
Own Customer KPIs & Insights:Define track and continuouslyoptimizecore customer KPIs (LTV churn retention ARPU conversion) transforming insights into clear measurable actions that drive commercial performance and product decisions.
Unlock Performance Secrets:Analysemetrics across our products toidentifyoptimization opportunities and drive player engagement.
Collaborate for Innovation: Partner with game designers product managers and developers to convert data into groundbreaking decisions.
Understand Our PlayersLifecycle: Dive deep into playerbehaviourand segmentation personalizing experiences andoptimizingcustomervalue.
Predict the Future:Leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to forecast trends and shape new feature development.

Proven analytical and commercialexpertisein a dynamic data-driven environment.
A knack for transforming complex data into clear actionable insights.
Outstanding communication abilities to work closely with collaborators at all levels.
A strong discernment and understanding of the global onlinepokercasinoandsportsmarkets.
A deep understanding of data mining statistical modelling and predictive analytics.
Expertisein data visualization and storytelling.
Proficiencyin SQL or other relevant programming languages.
Experience with analytics tools like TableauOracleLooker orPowerBI.
