Job Summary
Fluidra is looking for Project Manager to join our Global Transformation team in San Cugat. If you are If you are seeking a strategic and highimpact role within a leading global company this is your opportunity.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Reporting to the Head of Transformation Office the Transformation Project Manager leads critical commercial transformation initiatives ensuring alignment between strategy processes and technology. With strong delivery capabilities and a change management mindset you will support global adoption of new processes and systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead strategic Pricing CRM and OrdertoCash programs.
Coordinate global stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Facilitate change adoption across the global Commercial organization.
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
WHAT WE SEEK
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Technology.
MBA preferred.
PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) is a plus.
Experience:
10 years in program management.
Experience in transformation commercial operations or consulting.
Strong background working in complex multinational environments.
Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Strong analytical and problemsolving mindset.
Ability to work autonomously with a proactive and resultsoriented approach.
Crossfunctional collaboration abilities.
Comfort presenting to senior executives and Csuite.
Understanding of ERP systems and Business Process Tools.
Languages:
High proficiency in English and Spanish.
