Role Overview
AsCommercial Planning & CVM Casino you will drive casino commercial success in the Spanish market through strategic customer value management and compelling promotional propositions. Managing one specialist as part of the Spain country team you will develop and optimise tailored commercial plans and CVM strategies that position our casino offering for podium performance in this critical market.

Building on our existing market strategy you will own casino commercial performance whilst developing tailored approaches that reflect local player preferences and competitive will balance customer value management with commercial planning whilst managing the casino offset budget and partnering with local marketing teams to drive towards podium positioning.
Whatyoulldo:
- Develop and optimise comprehensive commercial plan and CVM strategy specifically for the Spanish casino market building on existing foundations to achieve podium market positioning.
- Own casino offset budget for Spain ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI across customer acquisition and retention to drive competitive performance.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns working closely with local marketing teams to ensure culturally relevant delivery that differentiates our offering.
- Build Spain-specific segmentation strategies by analysing local customer behaviour preferences and competitive landscape tofindopportunities for market share growth.
- Analyse commercial and CVM performance extracting insights to continuously optimise strategies and drive revenue growth towards podium positioning.
- Lead and develop one specialist providing strategic direction and coaching whilst building local commercialexpertisewithin the Spain team.
- Collaborate with Commercial/CVM Lead for Spain and vertical counterparts to ensure aligned execution across poker casino and sports operations.
- Stay informed about Spanish gaming market trends competitive dynamics and regulatory developments tomaintainstrategic advantage.
Whatyoullbring:
- 3 years proven experience in commercial marketing and customer value management within iGaming withdemonstratedability to develop competitive market strategies.
- Spanish language fluency essential with native or near-nativeproficiencyto understand cultural nuances and competitive positioning.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish gaming market highly preferable with understanding of player preferences competitive landscape and regulatory environment.
- Expertiseacross both customer value management and commercial planning with ability to balance segmentation strategy with promotional execution.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to extract insights from customer data and competitive analysis to inform market positioning strategies.
- Budget management experience with proven ability toallocateresources efficiently anddemonstratestrong ROI in competitive markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills building relationships with vertical leads marketing teams and central commercial functions.
- Strategic thinking with ambition to drive podium positioning through innovative commercial approaches tailored to Spanish market characteristics.
- Leadership experience managing and developing specialist team members.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
- Competitive mentality with drive to achieve market leadership through optimised commercial and CVM strategies.
