About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Games Presenter Team Manager fluent in Portuguese to lead a talented team in São this on-site role you will play a key part in shaping and executing local operational strategy overseeing daily studio activities mentoring and developing presenters and ensuring that live game broadcasts consistently deliver high-quality engaging experiences for players. You will foster a collaborative performance-driven environment that aligns with global standards while responding to local needs and dynamics.
What Youll Do
- Lead support and coach a team of games presenters to elevate performance engagement and on-camera delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including staff coordination attendance performance tracking and shift planning.
- Foster open communication and a positive team culture through regular meetings feedback and development sessions.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with learning teams to support ongoing skill development.
- Ensure consistent delivery of services that meet company performance indicators values and operational procedures.
What You Bring
- Native or fluent Portuguese (C1) with excellent written and spoken communication.
- Strong command of English (minimum B2) to collaborate across international teams.
- Leadership experience with at least 1 year in a team-management or supervisory role.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with flexible shift schedules.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution communication and people development.
