About the role
We are looking for a Billing Administrator to join our collaborative national Finance team based in our Auckland this role you will be supporting internal stakeholders to drive monthly billing processes and promote best practice. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our client billing is accurate and highly efficient.
- Administration and management of billing uploads for all e-Billing clients via vendor platforms including invoice submission ongoing documentation and reporting.
- Support client onboarding and matter opening processes.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate client and matter information.
- Respond to billing and estimate related queries.
- Prepare monthly client and internal reports.
About you
We are looking for someone whos motivated personable and who is willing to learn. The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a Billing Credit Control Accounts Receivable role or a secretarial role.
- Familiarity with electronic billing platforms.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to troubleshoot billing issues.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Aderant 3e or similar Practice Management Systems is desirable.
- Professional services background preferred.
- Organised with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines.
