Aligning with the Global Channel strategy the Channel Account Manager will build and define the AppLogic Networks channel partner GTM in their assigned region with a primary focus on generating net new license revenue through partner sales training partner management and incentive program implementation.
What Youll Do:
- Own Your Territory and Define Strategy Lead partner strategy and GTM execution in your assigned region driving net new license revenue through targeted partner sales training incentive program implementation and strategic relationship management
- Build Relationships That Matter Develop deep influential connections with key distribution partners and resellers at both executive and operational levels. Establish relationships with top consulting groups in your region while maintaining alignment with our global channel strategy
- Strategic Partner Management Work closely with partner executives to develop performance objectives financial targets and critical milestones. Create comprehensive annual business plans and go-to-market strategies with quarterly reviews and adjustments to keep partnerships performing
- Crush Revenue Goals Meet and exceed ambitious targets while maintaining healthy margins through proactive sales pipeline growth partner readiness programs and continuous partner self-sufficiency development
- Drive Market Expansion Lead product demonstrations represent AppLogic at industry events and trade shows and proactively recruit top new partners based on coverage needs and competitive landscape shifts
- Think Globally Act Locally Thrive in a cross-border cross-cultural matrix environment while collaborating with internal teams to share insights coordinate activities and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Manage channel conflicts with diplomacy and excellent communication

- 7 years of proven success building and scaling channel partnerships in reputable software companies
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding ambitious revenue goals consistently
Expert at connecting with executives and operational teams; skilled at recruiting and motivating partners - Strategic thinking and strong financial acumen business planning skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Tech Savvy Proficient in SFDC (Salesforce) Microsoft Office suite and CRM best practices
Excellent negotiation conflict resolution and people management skills with strong presentation abilities - A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Exceptional prioritization and cross-functional collaboration in complex environments
- Comfort with 50% regional travel and flexible working arrangements
