Strong data skills and comfort using formative assessments for decision-making
Clear communication with teachers students and families
Steady leadership in high-expectation environments
Ability to support master scheduling transportation meals facilities compliance requirements and academic operations
Commitment to a positive staff culture grounded in respect clarity and accountability
Core responsibilities
Leaders selected will:
Develop and monitor academic plans aligned to state standards
Coach teachers on instructional delivery classroom culture and student work analysis
Manage the Emotional Intelligence framework and oversee discipline systems that reinforce consistency and respect
Track assessment results intervention plans and progress monitoring
Lead data-driven meetings and planning sessions
Support parent communication student conferences and attendance follow-up
Coordinate key operational expectations in collaboration with central staff
