About the Role:
Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking two Systems Analyst 2 professionals to join the MCS team. Youll play a key role in expanding and supporting the Microsoft 365 Power Platform for custom application development.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business objectives and user requirements to design effective solutions.
Develop and implement applications using Power Platform tools:
- PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven)
- Power Automate (Flows Desktop Flows Business Process Flows)
- Dataverse Power Pages and related components.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational processes and system capabilities.
Document user needs program functions and technical specifications.
Support Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) administration.

Required Skills:

4 years in Microsoft Power Platform development.
Expertise in PowerApps Power Automate Dataverse and Power Pages.
Experience with SaaS/PaaS environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:

Agile development experience.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents and mobile apps.

4	Required	Experience in Power Pages portals
4	Required	Experience in Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center
2	Preferred	Communication analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization
2	Preferred	Good teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project
2	Preferred	Experience in Agile development and sprint planning
2	Preferred	Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams
