Job Summary

About the Role

As a BCBA you will conduct assessments develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans and guide the clinical direction of homebased ABA services. You will also provide supervision coaching and support to Behavior Technicians while building strong collaborative relationships with families.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • $85000 $105000 annually based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations

  • Develop monitor and adjust individualized BIPs

  • Supervise and train RBTs and BTs

  • Review and analyze data to guide treatment decisions

  • Collaborate with caregivers to support skill generalization and consistency

  • Ensure clinical and ethical compliance with BACB and payer guidelines

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Masters degree in applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or a related field

  • Board Certification (BCBA) in good standing

Required Skills:

  • Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans

  • Ability to supervise and support clinical staff

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Reliable transportation for inhome service delivery

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ABA practice management platforms (e.g. CentralReach)

  • Bilingual abilities
