RN/Labor/Delivery/Recovery/Postpartum Ratios: 1: 1-3 Years of experience REQ: 3 Years Community Hospital Experience preferred. First-timers accepted: (Y/N) No Holiday shifts and Charge RN assignments as needed per unit. Weekend REQ: Weekend Rotation: 4-6 weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) AND 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule. Holiday Requirements: 1 major holiday (Thanksgiving or Christmas) and 1-2 minor holidays (New Years Day Memorial Day 4th of July or Labor Day) Certs REQ: BLS FHM NRP. Skills REQ: IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Administration of blood & blood products Drawing Venous Blood Start & maintain peripheral IV Use of infusion pumps / drips / IV monitoring.
