As a Custom Software Engineer you will design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs developing innovative solutions and ensuring that applications are tailored to enhance operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Implement and lead Oracle HR Helpdesk module for large-scale enterprises.-Design solutions configure and deploy the HR Helpdesk suite applications.-Manage end-to-end implementation including requirement gathering fit-gap analysis and client workshops.- Configure HR Helpdesk service request types categories and workflows.- Set up queues assignment rules and routing logic for efficient case management.-Implement service entitlements SLA policies and escalation rules.-Integrate HR Helpdesk with other Oracle HCM modules (Core HR Payroll Benefits).-Configure REST/SOAP APIs for third-party system integration.-Ensure seamless data flow between Helpdesk and HR systems for employee inquiries.-Define user roles security profiles and data access permissions.-Implement role-based access control for HR agents and employees.-Configure email chat and self-service channels for employee interaction.-Enable Oracle Digital Assistant or chatbot integration for automated responses.-Develop OTBI and BI Publisher reports for Helpdesk performance metrics.-Create dashboards for SLA tracking case resolution time and agent productivity.-Conduct unit system and UAT testing for Helpdesk configurations.-Manage migration of configurations across environments using HDL or FSM
