Job Summary
General Duties
- Provide customer quotations with directions from sales managers
- Understand and interpret technical requirements and information for various product lines
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product description and spec sheets
- Confirm incoming purchase orders
- Calculate sales representative commissions
- Follow up on customer quotes
- Maintain documents files and correspondence
- Assist other members of the team as needed
- Prepare submittals wiring diagrams data sheets etch from various source programs
- Maintain knowledge of competitor product offerings
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in business administration sales marketing or a related field preferred
- Experience in HVAC or electrical industrial sales preferred
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
- Highly organized and able to prioritize
- Comfortable taking and making calls with customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Required Skills:
