The Engagement Program Manager is responsible for full engagement governance ensuring projects adhere to PMBOK standards maintaining executive communication and guaranteeing that all requirements rules of engagement timelines and deliverables are met. This role involves leading project lifecycles managing budgets coordinating resources and serving as the primary point of contact.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project initiation planning execution monitoring and closure.
- Manage budget tracking weekly status reporting and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate interviews evidence requests technical testing windows and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain risk/issue logs and escalate critical indicators.
- Serve as the primary point of contact.
- Maintain communication cadence.
- Ensure documentation follows mandated templates.
- Oversee artifact transition and ensure compliance with destruction policies.
