Senior Project Manager

Location: Cleveland OH

Travel: Occasional travel to project sites within the region

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ground up and heavy civil/commercial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership the ability to coordinate field and office teams and experience managing complex scopes involving concrete utilities excavation structural work and site development. The Senior PM will take full ownership of project delivery - from preconstruction through closeout - ensuring safety quality schedule and financial targets are met across multiple active projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full project lifecycle: planning budgeting scheduling execution and closeout.
Manage subcontractors field teams vendors inspectors and client representatives.
Oversee cost control forecasting buyouts and monthly reporting.
Ensure work is executed according to contract documents codes and specifications.
Conduct site visits and collaborate closely with Superintendents and Safety teams.
Resolve field challenges RFIs scope clarifications and conflicts proactively.
Lead client communication progress meetings and schedule updates.
Maintain project documentation change orders and progress tracking.
Ensure strong safety culture and support internal compliance standards.

Key Qualifications

8 15 years of construction project management experience.
Proven experience managing commercial sitework civil or industrial projects.
Strong understanding of concrete excavation utilities and self-perform environments.
Proficient in scheduling tools and project management software.
Strong leadership communication and client-facing skills.
