A career in our Transformation Risk & Advisory practice will provide you with an opportunity to participate in engagements that relate to Digital Transformation Strategies Transformation Advisory and helping clients manage risks within their large transformation programs.

Our team is distinctive in this service offering and helps bring people process & technologies together to help bring strategic advice to clients involved in digital transformations of $100 Mil and above.

Our Transformation Risk & Advisory team is growing andcomprisesa truly international team with a wealth of experience in transformation advisory services program and project delivery and risk management. A key focus for the team currently is to embrace and use the latest digital technologies to enhance our servicedeliveryand successful candidates will be provided with focused training to support the adoption of these technologies. Based on our success in the marketplace we are looking to expand our teams footprint and supportnew programsof work.

As aTransformation Risk and AdvisorySenior Manageryoullwork as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assessing largecomplexdigital transformationprograms/projectsbased on prior experience and knowledge of leading practicesforsuccessfullydelivering transformation programs

  • Identifyingkeytransformation program delivery risks and providing advice and recommendations foreffective mitigation

  • Analyzingprogram information/datatoidentifykey insightson program performance and develop recommendations for improvement

  • Developing and executing program and project assurance strategies and plans

  • Managingall phases ofclient engagements including supervising PwC teams ensuring quality ofdeliverablesand managing engagement economics

  • Delivering compelling presentations anddriving impactful conversations with senior client leaders

  • Building market presence and actively engaging in business development activities includingdevelopingresponses to requests for proposals

  • Managinga variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties

  • Pursuing opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of comfort zone

  • Coaching others and encouraging them to take ownership of their development

  • Helpingbuildthe practice and deliver on our people value proposition

  • Upholdingthe firms code of ethics and business conduct

Experiences and skillsyoulluse to solve

  • Extensiveexperiencein delivering and/or assessing large digitaltransformation programsthat includes:

  • Leading project/programperformanceassessments program gateway reviews risk-based reviews

  • Designing the program management and/or program assurance strategies

  • Strong understanding ofthe digital transformationproject/programimplementation lifecycle and associated risks

  • Ability to communicate complex material effectively in written and oral formats to various audiences

  • Prior consulting experience and good understanding of how consulting organizations work

  • Bachelor orMastersDegree in Businessor related field

  • Certified Project Manager (PMIPMBOKAPMBOK PRINCE2 MSPMoR Agile or Benefit Realization)desirable

  • Proficiencyinuseof Excel.Powerpoint MS Project Jira
