Job Summary

Job Title: Salesforce QA Automation Lead
Job Location: Mississauga ON
Job Type: Contract

Technical Skills Primary

Perform comprehensive testing of Broker Insurance domain agent portals applications to ensure high quality accuracy and functionality
Good experience on Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM
Must have experience in Playwrite or Selenium java frameworks
Develop and execute detailed test plans test cases and test scripts for both manual and automated testing
Collaborate with developers business analysts and product owners to understand business requirements and technical deliverables
Identify document and track defects using standard tools and methodologies ensuring timely resolution
Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational quality standards
Analyze test results and prepare clear insightful test reports for stakeholders
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and increase automation coverage
Utilize Salesforce test automation toolspreferably Provarto improve testing efficiency and consistency
Stay updated with the latest automation salesforce enhancements and testing techniques

Roles and responsibilities

Lead end to end testing activities for Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM cloud Insurance domain applications
Design and implement test automation frameworks and automation scripts using playwrite or similar tools
Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones
Mentor and guide junior testers on best practices tools and technical skill development
Collaborate with development teams to assess product changes and their impact on testing scope
Manage the defect lifecycle from identification through resolution with clear stakeholder communication
Drive quality assurance processes contributing to test strategy planning and execution
Conduct regression integration system and UAT testing as required
Provide regular status updates risk assessments and progress reports to project management and leadership
