Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedOnsite Business Analystto join our team supporting enterprise initiatives for Equifax. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring clear requirements smooth delivery and effective communication across projects.
This role requiresstrong onsite presence in the Atlanta area deep domain experience inmanufacturing environments and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document complexbusiness requirements and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders product owners and technical teams to defineproject scope and objectives
- Createfunctional specifications user stories process flows and documentation
- Performgap analysis identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- Support and coordinateUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)activities
- Track project progress risks and issues; provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Assist withchange managementand ensure effective communication across business and technical teams
- Work onsite and engage directly with business users and leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field
- 10 years of experienceas a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise environments
- Strong experience in manufacturing domain(mandatory)
- Proven experience working inonsite client-facing roles
- Solid understanding ofSDLC Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Hands-on experience withJIRA Confluence Visio or similar tools
- Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking candidates highly preferred
- Experience inBanking Financial Services or Insurance (BFSI)domains
- Knowledge ofdata analysis SQL or reporting tools
- BA certifications such asCBAP CCBA or PMI-PBAare a plus
