Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Carpenters to join a manufacturing warehouse team. This role focuses on building repairing and modifying wooden structures crates pallets and custom fixtures to support production and shipping operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Build and repair crates skids pallets and custom wood packaging

Construct and modify work platforms shelving and fixtures

Read and interpret drawings measurements and specifications

Safely operate hand tools and power tools (saws nail guns drills)

Perform quality checks to ensure structural integrity

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies

Requirements

Must be able to pass a drug and background screening

Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience required

Strong knowledge of tools materials and carpentry techniques

Ability to read tape measures and blueprints

Physically capable of lifting standing and repetitive tasks

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Forklift experience is an asset
