Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive broker relationships and originate high-quality short-term property loans. This role involves building and managing a specialist finance broker network generating consistent deal flow and overseeing cases from enquiry to completion collaborating closely with underwriting to structure deals. What you will do:

The ideal candidate:
At least two years of originating experience within bridging or specialist property lending.
An established broker network ideally within London/South East.
Solid understanding of credit risk valuations borrower structures and exit strategies.
