Flywires Travel business is growing rapidly and were looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales Team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional ready to build their career while contributing to both pipeline generation and deal closures. The BDR will spend 100% of their time on Business Development Representative (BDR) responsibilities driving lead generation and pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Leverage prospecting channels such as cold calling email and social media to identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities for the team
- Partner with the marketing team to enhance campaigns and drive lead conversions
- Research and identify new potential travel operators DMC and accommodation clients.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with Senior Account Executives and Managers to support pipeline growth and sales strategy.
- Partner with internal teams including marketing product and implementation to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of sales experience; experience in payments or the travel industry is highly advantageous.
- Proactive organised and self-motivated with a strong desire to grow within a sales organisation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce LinkedIn and other pipeline management tools (preferred but not required).
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
