Job Summary
Were looking for a reliable hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our branches operating safely efficiently and in great this role youll perform routine building maintenance coordinate vendor services complete monthly inspections and support facility needs across multiple branch locations.
What Youll Do:
Respond to and complete maintenance requests
Perform basic repairs painting and equipment/furniture upkeep
Conduct monthly facility inspections and recommend improvements
Coordinate and oversee vendor work
Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and fire standards
Handle on-call or after-hours needs as required
Travel to out-of-town branches when necessary
What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of facilities or maintenance experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated dependable and comfortable working independently
