Full Job Description
We are looking for trustworthy folks who are ready to join us in taking our restaurant to the next level. The largest responsibility of our Leadership & Team Members is ensuring each guest is taken care of with the efforts of the second mile. We like ensure our Team Members exceed Guest expectations and bring joy to the lives of all that we encounter. Personalized training from our Certified Trainers allows new hires to have clear expectations. Our Team Members are given the option to commit to working Part Time or Full Time opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Use our CORE 4 values to serve guests: Excellence Trust Team and Care.
- Operating the IPad to take orders in the drive thru
- Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a Guest
- Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter or in the drive thru
- Checking for product quality and consistency when serving guests
- Become knowledgeable on basic food safety guidelines
- Assist leadership in executing restaurant opening or closing procedures
- Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house or back of house such as monitor the dining room or working the drive thru window as needed
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and various menu items
- Willing to work outside shift(s) performing various service tasks year around- Will be provided with appropriate attire for various weather conditions
- Complete tasks assigned beyond the job description when necessary
Requirements:
- Must be extremely customer service-oriented with a courteous and friendly demeanor
- Must be 16 or older
- Must have open availability with the ability to work Fridays and Saturdays early morning
- Must be able to effectively multitask
- Must be able to frequently work at a quick yet efficient and thorough pace when completing tasks
- Must be team-oriented adaptable dependable and strong work ethic
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members both verbally and in written form
