Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Domestic Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top domestic talent building strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic positions including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements team needs and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals social media referrals and networking.
Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Extend offers negotiate terms and facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment updates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Stay updated with domestic labor market trends recruitment best practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
MUST HAVE (3-4) years of experience in domestic recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies recruitment tools and candidate assessment techniques.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with ATS Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred

Candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Required Skills:

Qualifications: A minimum overall experience of 3-4 years. Candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Required Education:

MBA in HR is preferred
