Job Title: Domestic Recruiter
Location: Hitech City Hyderabad

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Domestic Recruiter with 3-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top domestic talent building strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic positions including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements team needs and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals social media referrals and networking.
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Extend offers negotiate terms and facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Stay updated with domestic labor market trends recruitment best practices and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- MUST HAVE (3-4) years of experience in domestic recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies recruitment tools and candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ATS Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred
Candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Required Education:
