About the Role
As Executive Manager Broker Partnerships you will lead the national strategy and execution of our intermediated distribution model across commercial insurance. You will shape broker partnerships optimise performance across national and state networks and align market engagement with Suncorps growth risk and customer priorities.
What Youll Do
Lead the national broker partnerships strategy aligning state and national market plans with growth targets and risk appetite
Drive performance across intermediary channels supporting profitable retention new business growth and strong broker engagement
Lead and develop a highly capable Partnerships and Engagement team through coaching capability uplift and clear performance expectations
Partner closely with Brand Marketing Technology Risk and Operations to deliver integrated broker propositions and initiatives
Oversee governance commercial agreements remuneration frameworks and quality assurance to manage risk and optimise value
Represent the broker voice internally using market insights and performance data to inform strategy and continuous improvement
What Youll Bring
Degree in Business Commerce or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience
Extensive experience leading intermediated distribution or broker partnerships within insurance or financial services
Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience developing business cases managing budgets and assessing ROI
Proven people leadership capability with experience building engaged highperforming teams across complex environments
