Qualifications :
- A seasoned Executive Chef with demonstrated leadership experience or a highly capable Sous Chef ready to take the next step in their career
- Minimum qualification required: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisor Certification
- Strong experience in hotel kitchens and stand-alone restaurants highly regarded along with a passion for creating exceptional Spanish-inspired cuisine
- Proven ability to manage resourcing needs plan and delegate tasks and motivate the team to meet daily objectives
- Comprehensive knowledge of food hygiene HACCP and workplace health and safety (WH&S)
