Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Account Executive to join our clients remote team focused on the grocery and superstore B2B sector across North America. This role is pivotal in accelerating revenue growth by identifying and converting high-value opportunities through proactive lead generation and strategic outreach. As a key contributor to our business expansion you will own the full sales cyclefrom initial prospecting to contract executionwhile delivering customized value-driven solutions tailored to the unique challenges of grocery and retail decision-makers. Your expertise in B2B sales combined with a strong network and proven track record in closing deals will be instrumental in scaling our presence within the retail vertical. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding client retention and ongoing account growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling. This is a high-performance remote-first role ideal for a results-oriented professional eager to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced outcome-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within grocery chains superstores and retail networks through targeted prospecting cold outreach and strategic networking.
  • Independently generate and manage a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads in the grocery and superstore B2B space.
  • Lead the full sales cycle including discovery calls product demonstrations negotiation and closing deals with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and deliver compelling customized solutions that address specific operational and commercial challenges faced by grocery and retail clients.
  • Partner with operations account management and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize lifetime value.
  • Leverage marketing and PR initiatives to support lead generation brand awareness and market positioning.
  • Travel within North America as needed to meet clients attend industry events and strengthen relationships.






Requirements

  • 3 years of proven B2B sales experience preferably within grocery chains superstores or related retail verticals in North America.
  • Demonstrated success in hunting self-generated leads and closing deals independently across the full sales cycle.
  • Established network of contacts in decision-making roles within the grocery or retail sector.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills with a focus on consultative value-based selling.
  • High level of self-discipline goal orientation and ability to thrive in a remote results-driven environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% across North America.
