Job Summary

Business Development Specialist / Appointment Setter (Remote)

Job Description:
Were looking for aBusiness Development Specialist / Appointment Setterto handle B2B outbound sales calls qualify prospects and set appointments for our sales team. This role is fully remote and focused on introducing commercial cleaning and janitorial services to businesses.

What youll do:
  • Make high-volume outbound B2B sales calls
  • Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments
  • Research and identify businesses that fit our target market
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports
  • Meet daily activity targets (80100 calls/emails per day)

What were looking for:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven success in B2B outbound sales cold calling or appointment setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with apleasant friendly toneandconvincing delivery.
  • A warm persuasive and pleasant personality
  • Experienced in using CRM systems.
  • Maintains professionalism and a client-focused mindset during interactions.
  • Organized self-driven and comfortable working remotely
  • Able to work independently manage time well and meet targets.
  • Must be open to feedback and teamwork.
  • Must have a noise-canceling headset PC/laptop with Intel Core i5 or better and reliable internet.
  • Must have access to a quiet distraction-free space for efficient work.
  • Available to work duringEastern Standard Time (EST)hours.
  • High school diploma college degree preferred.
  • A degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Multiple positions open for part-time and full-time
