Job Summary

Role: BIM Manager
Client: Leading Contractor
Essentials: Degree in Architecture Architectural Technology or Engineering; 5 years experience leading BIM implementation; expert-level Revit and Navisworks proficiency
Location: South Dublin - hybrid working.
Salary: 60000 - 75000 DOE

Lead and own BIM strategy and Digital Construction across the entire organisation
Work on large-scale data centre and pharmaceutical projects
Manage and develop Revit- and Navisworks-based BIM workflows and standards
Coordinate BIM models across internal teams consultants and contractors
Identify and resolve clashes early to support efficient project delivery
Develop and maintain BIM templates families and model standards
Manage BIM resources software licensing and external BIM coordinators
Drive innovation training and upskilling in digital construction.
