Job Summary
A role that shapes how we work today and what were capable of tomorrow
Valeo Foods Group OneIT is undergoing a major transformation. For the first time we are bringing our IT functions together globally creating a single integrated organisation that can support the pace and ambition of the wider business. This role sits at the centre of that change.
Youll lead the endtoend implementation of both our ISO/IEC 20000 IT service management processes and our ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system the work that will enable us to secure certification and build a truly worldclass governance framework across VFG.
In practical terms this means youll design the processes policies controls and ways of working that give clarity structure and confidence to every corner of our OneIT organisation. Youll be handson in how we embed these standards but also influential in how we use them to improve service quality raise our security posture and create a consistent experience for our teams worldwide.
Working across every part of OneIT
You wont be doing this in isolation. Youll be collaborating with colleagues across all our IT domains Enterprise Applications Data & Analytics Infrastructure Information Security OT and Workplace as well as our business units across multiple countries.
Youll help them understand what good looks like. Youll shape and guide how processes come to life. Youll bring people with you. And youll create the conditions for a strong scalable repeatable governance model that genuinely supports the business rather than slowing it down.
What this role looks like day to day
The work spans everything from defining frameworks and designing processes to leading risk assessments overseeing audits enabling training and preparing the organisation for certification. Youll also play a key role in shaping KPIs monitoring performance and embedding continuous improvement.
Across FY27FY28 this work becomes the foundation of our journey to ISO certification and the backbone of the governance model that will support our longterm growth.
Qualifications :
Someone who understands why governance matters not just how it works.
Someone structured calm and pragmatic but also comfortable shaping something new in an environment thats still evolving.
Someone who can influence collaborate and bring clarity to complex situations.
And ideally someone who has experience working in fastgrowth or Private Equitybacked businesses where pace resilience and clarity of impact are essential.
If youve led ISO20000 or ISO27001 implementations before if you know what effective ITILaligned processes look like and if you enjoy guiding teams through change this role will give you the scale visibility and challenge youre looking for.
